Campfire: Connection, Regulation & Movement Pilot
A six-week pilot exploring what happens when people move together in a screen-free, low-pressure space built around music, repetition, shared rhythm and freedom to move in their own way.
We study the real-world experiences behind movement, connection, confidence and wellbeing. Carefully enough to learn something useful. Human enough that taking part still feels human.
Our promise
We do not collect personal information simply because we can.
We explain the broad purpose, your rights and what happens to your data. Where full disclosure could change responses, we explain more at debrief.
You can pause, skip optional questions or withdraw. A useful result is never more important than a person.

01
Measures have a reason for being there. We track where questions came from and distinguish validated measures from our own exploratory items.
02
Questions can branch from earlier answers. Repeated check-ins capture change over time without making everybody complete every possible question.
03
Protocols, consent versions and changes are recorded so a finding can be traced back to what was actually asked and when.
